Wedding Videography FAQs

We know how important it is for couples to feel confident and informed when choosing a wedding videographer. Below are some of the most common questions we receive about our wedding videography services, packages, and what to expect when working with us.

  • Our typical turnaround time is approximately 14 weeks after your wedding date. We dedicate about 40-50 hours to each wedding film to ensure that it meets the highest quality standards. Our goal is to deliver your film as soon as possible without compromising on quality, ensuring it's perfect and ready for delivery.

  • Three weeks before your wedding, you'll complete a questionnaire where you can share your favorite genres, artists, and the vibe you envision for your film. We use this information to select the perfect song from one of our licensed music libraries. We’re proud to say that every client has loved the song chosen for their film!

  • Absolutely! We love meeting with couples before their wedding day. Your wedding is one of the most intimate and special moments of your life, and having a chance to connect with your videographer beforehand can help ease any nerves. Whether over coffee or drinks, we enjoy getting to know your story—it's a win-win!

  • We’ve been filming weddings for the past eight years and have had the privilege of capturing over 125 weddings.

  • Yes, we are available for travel! We've filmed weddings in various locations, including California, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Mexico, Texas, and North Carolina. We’d love to discuss capturing your special day, no matter where it takes place.

  • We have a strong respect for photographers and understand the demands of their work. We make it a priority to collaborate seamlessly, ensuring both of us can capture stunning images and videos for you. We share the common goal of creating beautiful memories, and we do our best to work together harmoniously.

  • We record high-quality audio for every wedding unless requested otherwise. This includes capturing all speaking parts throughout the day, such as the ceremony, vows, letter readings, and speeches. For the ceremony, we use two lavalier mics—one on the groom and the other on the officiant. If desired, we can discreetly place a white lav mic on the bride’s dress. These mics won’t interfere with your DJ’s equipment, as everything is recorded internally. We also have multiple backup systems in place, including connections to the DJ’s soundboard and small recorders secured on microphones. Rest assured, your audio needs are well-covered.

  • Yes, raw footage can be added as an optional extra. While it’s less polished than the final edits, it includes all the uncut moments from your day and an external hard drive will delivered to any address.

  • Yes, we carry liability insurance. Please let us know if you need a copy for your venue or records.
